The Davenport Grand is the most ambitious private development ever undertaken in the Balearic Islands. Set within a 214-hectare estate in the unspoilt countryside between Sant Joan de Labritja and Sant Llorenç de Balàfia, it brings together a 42-storey hotel tower, 38 signature residences, an 18-hole championship golf course, a private helipad, an inland beach club and The Lagoon, a living marine sanctuary with an underwater restaurant at its heart. It is, quite simply, a destination without precedent.
We chose the interior of the island deliberately. The coast has been explored, photographed and, in our view, rather exhausted. The hills of the north remain a canvas: almond groves, pine ridges and terraced fields that have been patiently waiting for a vision worthy of them. The Davenport Grand rises from this landscape not as an intrusion but as a crown.
Every element has been conceived to the most exacting international standard. Our design partners have drawn on the grandest hotels of Dubai, Macau and Monte Carlo, then asked how each might be improved. The answer, in every case, was more: more height, more marble, more water and more light. At 168 metres, the tower will be visible from almost every corner of the island, a beacon of confidence for Ibiza and for everyone who believes in its future.
With planning consent secured in 2026, groundbreaking scheduled for 2027 and a grand opening in 2028, The Davenport Grand is no longer a dream. It is a date in the diary. Pre-launch residences and founding memberships are now being offered, by invitation, to a small circle of discerning individuals who understand that the finest things are rarely available twice.
